There is a one-off establishment fee for setting up your body corp's website of $350.00. This fee includes establishment of your site, the loading of your key documents onto your site and initial one-on-one training if required.
The subscription fee is $60.00 a month or $600.00 per annum billed at the commencement of the relevant period. The standard subscription fee provides three admin users, this would normally be the chair, the vice chair and the building manager. Additional users can be added at a cost of $5.00 a month if required.
We'll set up your buildings and the roles they require. Once your chairman has received their new role notification they will be required to login and accept the terms and conditions so you can start using BCVault. We will email you a list of ten key documents that we will load onto the system for you so that you get maximum value from your site from day one.
Once we have the information it will take no more than 5 working days to have your data entered onto your site.
Vault has been designed to be very simple to operate. We are conscious that people filling the roles within individual body corps vary widely in regard to backgrounds and skill sets. We have included video guides which cover each section of BCVault.
There is an initial minimum subscription term of 12 months thereafter you can cancel at any time.
Simply email us and your current month will be your last payment. There is no cancellation fee.
BCVault Ltd is hosted in NZ on a secure domain, all communications are encrypted and we follow the best security practices to keep your data safe and secure.
Simply fill in the form on this page and we'll get in touch with you as quick as we can.
